I help teams create meaningful products by connecting industrial design expertise, user insight, and business needs.
Originally from Germany, my career has taken me across Europe, working in international design consultancies, in-house teams, and as a freelancer. Along the way, I’ve collaborated with organizations ranging from global market leaders and premium brands to niche players and start-ups across a wide range of industries. My work has received international recognition, including Red Dot, iF, and Core77 Design Awards.
Since 2022, I’ve been part of the design team at the Norwegian premium juvenile brand Stokke. Today, I lead the design function for the “Eating & Sleeping” category, driving product development from early opportunity identification through to product launch. Designing for Stokke has given me a deep understanding of premium consumers across EMEA, North America, and APAC, enabling me to make informed design decisions that balance user needs, commercial objectives, and brand ambitions.
In my work, I enjoy bringing people together around a shared vision, helping cross-functional teams navigate complexity, and translating insights into products that create lasting value. Sketching has been a constant throughout my career. It’s a core part of my design process and I share it through my sketchblog on Instagram, my online sketching course, workshops, and guest lectures at several international universities.
